Hi everyone,
Looking for a way to parse the date format for reporting exports below. I only need the date without the time parse.
Column ‘I’ shows the exported format.
Column ‘J’ shows the desired result of format.
Any excel gurus or top shelf regex folks on here that could assist.

Could you please try exporting this from the Reports page?
Navigate to Analytics > Reports > Incidents. From here, you can filter the time frame on the top right, and download the relevant .csv file(s) from the actions column. Once you have downloaded the .csv file(s), you can filter the urgency to “low”.
The reports page will export dates in ISO 8601 format, which would be much easier to parse.
